Summary[edit]

Description

The following illustration was made for usage in the proper chapter of Ru-wiki’s presumption of guilt article. It was created as a compilation of the following free-license works: File:Srouge.png, File:Drawing of a CCTV Camera.svg, File:Roads.svg, File:Fiat126p.png.

English: Plain and simple example of the technical presumption of guilt in everyday life, for better understanding of the essence of the principle (anti-presumption of innocence): After being filmed on automatic camera (i. e., there was no cameraman behind it) crossing road while the red light, burden of proof is automatically shifted to the driver of Fiat-126, and starting from that very moment he was caught on the camera, he is obliged to prove he didn't do it, skipping the principle of probable cause, and the need of testimony made by a human witness or other living entity to administer justice, instead of a recording made by inanimate automaton.
