| Description |
English: Tabular Hills, North Yorkshire Moors. This photograph was taken from near The Nab, the northern edge of one of the tabular hills that are a feature of this part of the North Yorkshire Moors. Similar hills are shown on the right of the photograph.
These hills form the southern reaches of this area of the North Yorkshire Moors and are a boundary between the moors proper and the Vale of Pickering. The public footpath through the bracken, left middle distance, enters the 'green' field http://www.multimap.com/map/browse.cgi?lat=54.3055&lon=-0.9263&scale=25000&icon=x and follows the field boundary toward Hutton-le-Hole. |
