Description
English: A Monolithic Crystal Filters is a filter which works by using a mechanical combination between mounted electrodes on a piezoelectric substrate.The filter has been developed first time by Toyo Communication Equipment Company under the name: ‘High Frequency Crystal Mechanical (HCM) filter’, and was generally referred to within the quartz device industry as the ‘monolithic crystal filter (MCF). Manufactured by Toyo Communications Equipment Ltd. of Japan, 1980s.
