Description	Svenska: Frimärke 10 öre på 24 öre 1889, från Postmuseums samlingar. Märket var i första hand avsett som frankering på inrikes brev i första viktklassen. Provisorierna 1889 var våra första frimärken med påtryck. Det fanns en föreställning hos den tidens frimärkssamlare att märkena skulle stiga snabbt i pris. Relativt många sparades obegagnade i byrålådor. Följaktligen är det i dag lättare att finna ostämplade ex. än vackert stämplade. Upplaga: 204 400, 10 öre på 24 öre. Märkena framställdes utan vattenmärke (endast i arkmarginalerna). Ogiltiga till frankering fr. o. m. den 30 december 1910.
