| Description |
Svenska: Frimärke 10 öre 1885, från Postmuseums samlingar. Märket var i första hand avsett som frankering på inrikes brev i första viktklassen. Färgämnet är, som nämnts tidigare, ömtåligt och ljuskänsligt. Märken lagda i solljus får snabbt en blek och smutsig karaktär. Upplagan blev den dittills största, bortemot 174 miljoner ex. Av märket är sju otandade begagnade ex. kända. De har alla stämplats i Hammar i Närke under perioden oktober till december 1888. Upplaga: 173 745 000, 10 öre. Kontrolltecken i form av blå posthorn på baksidan. Ogiltiga till frankering fr. o. m. den 1 mars 1961. |
