English: Susan B. Armstrong was born in San Lorenzo, California. She moved to Everett with her husband in 1903 and they moved to Seattle in 1908. Armstrong ran a dry-goods store in Ballard and later opened a Buster Brown Shoe Store in downtown Seattle. She was a charter member of the Soroptimist Club. PH Coll 1037.2-5
