Description
English: Petty Officer 1st Class Jeremy Bovenzi, a reservist at Coast Guard Station Rochester, N.Y., performs a survival swim in Lake Ontario, July 30, 2012. The survival swim is an essential part of training and maintaining operational readiness for search-and-rescue duties and gives Coast Guardsmen an opportunity to practice water survival skills in the event they need to enter the water.
