Description
Русский: На данном фото изображен опыт горения сахара. При нагревании часть сахара сгорает с выделением углекислого газа и паров воды, но там где нет постоянного притока кислорода сахар сгорает с образованием угля и паров воды, именно благодаря этому процессу и образуется змея. Фотография сделана в рамках работы на образовательный проект MEL Science. Авторские права принадлежат данной фирме.
English: When the sugar burns, the water vapor and carbon dioxide are evolves. But the burning requires an oxygen supply, thats why, there is a second process in difficult to access places: the disengage of carbon. Thats why you can see a snake.
