Stuttgart, Stiftskirche, Südwand, Schlussstein aus dem ursprünglichen Chorgewölbe um 1480, jetzt an der Südwand über dem neuen Aposteltor; „Kreuzauffindung durch die hl. Helena“. Helena bezeugt die Auffindung des wahren Kreuzes Christi, während ihr Sohn Kaiser Konstantin der Große in der Tracht eines bärtigen Sultans ein paar Männer mit mittelalterlichen Judenhüten über die Herkunft des Kreuzes verhört. |
