Description
English: Strip Lynchets in the sun. On a few of the low mounds of glacial moraines that were formed in this area after the last Ice Age, medieval man cut ploughing platforms to grow his crops. This was in turn given over to sheep which has helped preserve the evidence of these ancient farming methods.
