English: Stirling North railway station -- satellite view 2022. Image by Location SA Map Viewer.


By 2022, all buildings had been removed from Stirling North (broad curve at centre) where the railway station once was. Westwards lines (standard and narrow gauges) are to Port Augusta; northwards is the inactive line to the Leigh Creek coalfield; eastwards is the narrow gauge heritage line of the Pichi Richi Railway, once the start of the Central Australia Railway; southwards is to Adelaide; south-west is a lifted line to demolished power stations. Housing next to the railway line was built by the former Commonwealth Railways. Area at bottom left was concrete sleeper plant.
