| Description |
English: The historic steam tug Portland, framed beneath the Morrison Bridge, as seen from the north walkway of the Hawthorne Bridge, Portland, Oregon, United States. The steam tug, moored at Tom McCall Waterfront Park in downtown Portland, serves as the home of the Oregon Maritime Museum and is listed on the US National Register of Historic Places. In the background distance are the Old Town water tower and (edge view) the "Portland, Oregon" neon sign, both landmarks of Portland's Old Town neighborhood. The black bridge lift tower in the right background is the Steel Bridge, and the building under construction in the far distance is at Legacy Emanuel Hospital and Health Center. |
