Description

St. Urban, Schutzpatron der Weingärtner. Zum Andenken an das Wein-Jahr 1859; Farbdruck, Papier, Pappmaché; aus Endersbach (heute zu Weinstadt) bei Waiblingen. In der Bildsprache des protestantischen Württemberg wurde aus dem (durch eine Verwechslung mit dem hl. Urban von Langres traditionell als Schutzpatron verehrten) hl. Papst Urban I. ein heiliger König bzw. zuletzt ein Weingärtner mit Krone.
