Description
English: A plaque at the St. Thomas Rectory / Commissariat House and Garden in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. A wooden building constructed by the Corps of Royal Engineers for the British military garrison; after 1870, it served as the rectory for the Old Garrison Church. It was designated a National Historic Site of Canada in 1968 and as a Provincial Historic Site in 1974.
