Description
Српски / srpski: Srpska svečana kapa zlatara sa kraj XIX veka iz Zrenjanina. Na slici je prikazana poleđina kape sa izvezenim inicijalima. Ove kape poznate su po svom bogatom ukrašavanju, zlatovezu i perlicama. Imale su veliku ulogu u svadbenim običajima i bile su obeležje tek udate žene. Izložena je u sklopu stalne postavke u Narodnom muzeju u Zrenjaninu.
English: Serbian festive hat zlatara from the end of XIX century from Zrenjanina. The picture shows the back side of the hat with embroidered initials. These hats were known for its rich decoration, golden embroidery and beads. They had an important role in wedding customs and they were a symbol of newly married woman. It's on display as a part of permanent exhibition at Zrenjanin National Museum.
