Description
English: Maj. Nadine Ross, the officer in charge of personnel actions within the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, dashes across Cottrell Field in answer to the adjutant’s call during the 2nd ABCT's reorganization ceremony held Oct. 24. The ceremony was held in order to formalize the re-assignment of both the 1st Battalion, 30th Infantry Regiment “Battle Boars,” and the 1st Battalion, 64th Armor Regiment “Desert Rogues,” to the 4th Infantry Brigade Combat and the 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team respectively. In addition to these two battalions, multiple companies also transitioned as complete units from within Spartan ranks to new organizations within the division footprint. The ceremony marks one of the final steps taken to inactivate the 2nd ABCT, slated to take place in January.
