A Soviet car for disabled people. It has a motorcycle engine.

In Tiraspol, Transnistria, Moldova.

The car has a two stroke single cylinder 350 cu cm engine (from the IJ motorcycle), mounted on the subframe. The car weights 420 kilos, has no foot controls, and is much harder to drive than an ordinary car with added hand controls.
