| Description |
English: Southern Vectis 479 Egypt Point (HF06 FUA), a Mercedes-Benz Citaro, in Newport, Isle of Wight, bus station, laying over between duties. It had been on route 9, but was replaced unusally by Mini Pointer Dart 312, before then going back on the 9 later in the day and swapping back over with 312. This is one of a pair of Citaros new to Wilts & Dorset, but that were loaned from new to Enterprise (for the Uni-link contract), moving to Solent Blue Line (part of Go South Coast with Southern Vectis) with the transfer of the Uni-link contract, and then making their way to Southern Vectis in 2009. In this photo, the blue Wilts & Dorset seat covering material can be clearly seen. All the seats have place names that Wilts & Dorset serve on them. |
