Description
English: Southern side of the Southern Railway Company Overhead Bridge, which connects Railroad and Battleground Avenues in Kings Mountain, North Carolina, United States. Built in 1919 over what is now a portion of the Charlotte District of the Norfolk Southern Railway, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. In the distance, NS #4006 approaches, pulling a train of intermodal flatbed cars. Picture looks north from the King Street Overhead Bridge.
