Description
Deutsch: Generaloberst-Beck-Kaserne in Sonthofen im Landkreis Oberallgäu, Deutschland. Benannt ist die Bundeswehr-Kaserne nach dem ehemaligen Chef des Generalstabs des Heeres und Widerstandskämpfer gegen das NS-Regime, Generaloberst Ludwig Beck. Ursprünglich war das Gebäude eine von zwölf in ganz Deutschland verteilten Adolf-Hitler-Schulen zur Ausbildung von nationalsozialistischen Kadern gebaut (Ordensburg Sonthofen).
English: Generaloberst-Beck-Kaserne in Sonthofen in the district of Oberallgaeu, Germany. The Bundeswehr barracks is named after the former Chief of the General Staff of the Army and resistance fighter against the Nazi regime, Colonel Ludwig Beck. Originally, the building was one of twelve distributed throughout Germany Adolf Hitler Schools for the training of National Socialist cadres built (Ordensburg Sonthofen).
