Summary[edit]

Description Straßenbahn nr 124 , a traditionszug in preservation during DDR times takes some Wedding guests on a trip around the network somewhere near the Maxim Gorky Theater, a few days before the latter burnt down. Intertwined rings may be seen either side of the destination box. The tram was produced for Magdeburg in 1928 by Christoph & Unmack AG of Niesky, one of many such, the last running as late as 1976. As part of the 1977 jubilee celebrations, 127 was restored as a mobile library, and became part of the historical fleet in 1985. Several other historical trams are preserved in Magdeburg
