Description
English: Solothurn S-18/154 anti-tank rifle in Hanko Front Museum. A variant of S-18/100, this rifle was one of twelve purchased by Finland from Switzerland. The weapon was used by Finnish infantry regiment 13 and lost early in Continuation War on the night between 30.6-1.7.1941 in Hanko front. Found in 1985 during construction work.
Suomi: Solothurn S-18/154 panssarintorjuntakivääri Hangon rintamamuseossa. Yksi kahdestatoista S-18/100 mallin versiosta jotka Suomi osti Sveitsistä. Ase oli jalkaväkirykmentti 13:sta käytössä ja menettiin jatkosodan alussa Hangon rintamalla 30.6-1.7.1941 välisenä yönä. Löydetty 1985 rakennustöiden yhteydessä.
