Deutsch: Stadtzentrum Sofia; Rundgang durch das Stadtzentrum, kostenlos, in englisch, täglich 11 und 18 Uhr ab große Treppe des Justizpalastes; gesamte Zentrum; bis Parlament, zwei Stunden; Trinkgelder willkommen, http://freesofiatour.com/ ; die Kirche Sveta Sofia lag seinerzeit vor den Toren des antiken Serdica, hier führt die Straße zum Markt nach Serdica vorbei, die Kirche war namensgebend für die Stadt. Die Kirche hat keinen Glockenturm (mehr?), aber eine Glocke (wie es sich gehört). Die Glocke hängt in einem Baum direkt vor dem Eingang der Kirche. In Griechenland, in de:Monolithos hängt auch die Kirchenglocke vor der Kirche im Baum. Auch in Asinou (Zypern) - siehe File:Asinou - Kirche Glocke im Baum 2.jpg . Ebendo bei der Kirche Panagia Ekatontapiliani in Parikia/Paros. Baum als Glockenturm.
