English: So-called Portrait of Victor Amadeus II of Savoy (1666-1732), but is probably a depiction of his son Victor Amadeus, Prince of Piedmont (1699-1715).
Italiano: "Ritratto maschile in età giovanile, in piedi, a 3/4 di figura circa, testa quasi di fronte con parrucca scura. Indossa un abito rosso e una camicia bianca con monile al centro sotto un corsaletto con finiture in oro e il collare dell'Ordine della SS. Annunziata. Sul braccio destro ricade il mando azzurro con interno di colore scuro, la mano calza un guanto chiaro e tiene in pugno l'altro. Il braccio sinistro è appoggiato all'impugnatura di uno spadino portato al fianco. Cornice di legno dorato con alcuni piccoli ammanchi e cadute della doratura" [1] |
