| Description |
English: Inmate in handcuffs with a Sisco handcuff cover that conceals the keyholes to prevent them from picking. Due to the ends of the handcuff cover being angled, it reduces physical stress on the inmate while being transported. The handcuff cover is held in place using a martin link belly chain and a high security padlock. |
