Picture from National Galleries of Scotland Commons from Edinburgh, Scotland, UK. Actual photographer cannot have been Thomas Annan (died 1887), but was most likely one of his sons, John Annan (1862 - 1947[1]) or James Craig Annan (1864 - 1946[2]). The "R" in "T. & R. Annan" was Thomas's brother Robert (1826 - 1893[3]).
