Description
English: Silver birch trees on Furzley Common, New Forest This clump of silver birch trees is growing on a very low-profile bronze age bowl barrow, about 200 metres southwest of Stagbury Hill. The barrow is one of seven in this part of the common. Medieval hollow ways (trackways) cross the common from left to right.
