Description
Français : Signalisation dynamique du nombre de places libres de stationnement sur les cinq parkings à contrôle d'accès situés sur le territoire communal de Vichy : 4 Chemins - Centre Ville, La Poste - Centre Ville, Gare SNCF-ATRIUM, Les Dômes, Célestins. L'ensemble de panneaux (parmi les quatre implantés) est présent depuis fin mars 2019 (ici, sur l'avenue Poincaré, juste après l'intersection avec la rue des Glaïeuls, parallèlement à la chaussée alors que le plan de face des panneaux présente une orientation douteuse). La piste cyclable est tracée de part et d'autre du support de ces panneaux. Les figurines vélo ne sont pas conformes.
