English: Shiltie's Lough, Carlingford, Co. Louth Trapped between a disused railway line (now a road) and the old road between Carlingford and Greenore, Shiltie's Lough is now a nature reserve, though the occasional circus had been staged here! The sea use to come up to the old road. Carlingford Lough is behind and the Mourne Mountains behind again. |
