Summary[edit]

Description Las arañas del género Argyrodes (Theridiidae del ), también llamadas arañas de la gota de rocío, se extienden por todo el mundo. Las más más conocidas son las Kleptoparasites que roban la presa de la otra araña. Invaden y residen en la tela de su anfitrión aunque pueden hacer girar sus propias telas, además hay especies que pueden incluso cazar sobre su anfitrión. Muchas especies son negras con las marcas plateadas. Estas arañas son relativamente pequeñas. Por ejemplo, el incursus A. tiene una longitud de cuerpo de 3-4.5 milímetros mientras que los fissifrons A. tienen una longitud de cuerpo de cerca de 12 milímetros
