Вертикально вытянутое изображение библейского персонажа, шестикрылого Ангела, в облике молодого юноши, в полный рост. Пара его крыльев сложена внизу, пара - перекрещена над головой. Третья пара крыльев, сложенных за спиной, видна фрагментарно. Над русой головой, слегка склоненной влево и вниз, светлый нимб, с орнаментированным краем. Голубой далматик орнаментирован растительным орнаментом и украшен каймой с узором из камней по горловине, подолу и центру, на ногах - сандалии. Правая рука согнутая в локтях поднята вверх, левая - прижата к груди. Юноша стоит на зеленоватом поземе, переходящем в сужающуюся к верху золотую полосу. В верхней части золотого фона, над головой серафима - иконописно каноничный образ херувима, в виде головки на фоне распластанных крыльев. Колорит: золотой, белый, оттенки синего, зеленого, охры.
