ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam (Dec. 11, 2017) Maj. Gen. Christopher Bence, commander, U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center, left, Rear Adm. Shoshana Chatfield, commander, Joint Region Marianas, and other senior leaders push a pallet into the back of a C-130J Super Hercules during the Operation Christmas Drop Push Ceremony aboard Andersen Air Force Base Dec. 11. Now in its 66th iteration, Operation Christmas Drop carries the tradition of packaging and delivering food, tools, toys and other useful items to residents in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Federated States of Micronesia and the Republic of Palau.
