Description
Español: Desde 1840 funcionó como prefectura de la parroquia Santa Lucía. Se conservan documentos que datan de 1875. La edificación es de una planta, techos a dos aguas cubierto de tejas. Por ser una construcción tradicional conserva las características como zaguán y patio. La parte interna y su fachada destacan por su sencillez. Tiene tres calabozos, uno grande y dos pequeños que se encuentran en ruinas. Las ventanas y puertas de acceso están protegidas con elementos de herrería que tratan de simular los rosetones u ornamentos de otras casas de la zona. Maracaibo
English: Since 1840 worked as a prefecture of the parish St. Lucia. Are documents dating back to 1875. The building is of a plant, gabled roofs covered with tiles. Because it retains a traditional construction features such as hall and courtyard. The inside and the facade stand out for their simplicity. It has three cells, one large and two small that are in ruins. The windows and doors are protected with blacksmith elements that try to simulate the rosettes or ornaments of other houses in the area.
