Description
Deutsch: Verfolgung der photochemischen Cycloisomerisierung eines Cd-A/D-seco-corrins mit UV/VIS-Spektroskopie. Die isosbestischen Punkte belegen (innerhalb der Nachweisgrenzen des UV/VIS-Spektrums) die direkte Umwandlung des seco-Corrins-Komplexes in das metallfreie Corrin ohne Zwischen- oder Nebenprodukte (Schlüsselschritt in der ETH-Variante von Eschenmoser et al. der Totalsynthese von Vitamin B12)
