The lower two stories of these two buildings survive as of 2018; upper parts were lost due to the 1949 quake.
The one on the left was once known as the K&R Building, the one on the right as the Gordon Hardware Building.
As of 2018, there's a multi-story parking garage here.
Scheuerman Block / Scheurman Block / 110 Cherry Street / 700 1st Avenue (still extant 2019)
Merchants National Bank, a.k.a. Seattle Safe Deposit Building, completed 1890, demolished 1968. Known in its later years as the Reliance Building.
Northern Pacific Railroad Company Pier, No. 1. On May 1, 1944 this became Pier 50.
Pacific Coast Company Pier A (C.P. Line to Vancouver). On May 1, 1944 this became Pier 49.
Pacific Coast Company Pier B. On May 1, 1944 this became Pier 48.
Pacific Coast Company Pier C (a.k.a. City Dock, Lilly's Dock). On May 1, 1944 this became Pier 47.
Northern Pacific Railroad Company Pier, No. 2. On May 1, 1944 this became Pier 51.
