Description
English: Seattle City Light workers between 6th and 7th Avenues on the north side of Union Street, 1954. Although the then-Eagles Auditorium (now ACT Theatre) at center right remains intact half a century later, the view has been much changed by Interstate 5 and the Washington State Convention Center.
