Description
English: Barge Western Service (Western Towboat Co.) docked next to the abandoned Tilbury Cement Co. facility, Harbor Island, Seattle, Washington. Seen here from Terminal 18 Park. I presume Western Towboat are just renting the docking space at this largely abandoned property. West Seattle Bridge (high) and Spokane Street Bridge (low) in background; behind those, the Duwamish Railroad Bridge.
