| Description |
English: Lavilla Dairy, 10228 Fischer Pl NE, Seattle, Washington, U.S. Part of the onetime Fischer-Blindheim Farm, this only had a short life as a dairy, from 1922 until some time shortly after the Great Depression began in 1929. It has shared various uses since that time; in recent years it was a shop; as of the time this photograph was taken, it is three apartment residences. Four acres of land just to the south passed from the Blindheim family to the City of Seattle around 1989, and now constitute a nature reserve along Thornton Creek. |
