Description

Ice skating rink behind. Item 179298, Historic Building Survey Photograph Collection (Record Series 1629-01), Seattle Municipal Archives. Seattle Municipal Archives changed its URL scheme circa 2022; the older URLs beginning with "clerk" are deprecated, and will eventually fail. English: Bowling alley on Ballard Avenue NW, Seattle, Washington, U.S., circa 1975. Beyond that is an ice skating rink. The view is down NW Dock Street to Shilshole Ave NW. The building that housed the bowling alley still stands but has been stripped of all of it's architectural details; the one that housed a skating rink is still there as of 2017, though no longer a skating rink.
