Summary[edit]

Description

Mercer Building, 1275 Mercer St. (a.k.a. 600-610 Yale Ave. N., northwest corner of Yale Ave. N & Mercer St.) in the Cascade neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, USA. Built 1959, this is one of the buildings that will soon be demolished for a biotech complex.

Not a lot of documentation available for this building, but see Summary for 1310 Mercer ST, Seattle Department of Neighborhoods for what little they have.

In the background at right are the back balconies of the landmark Jensen block.
