Summary[edit]

Description
English: M. F. Backus Warehouse 1010-1014 (Built in 1907 for the Caldwell Brothers Co., named for Manson F. Backus) and E. O. Graves Building 1020-1022 1st Ave S in the SoDo neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. Both were built in 1907 by Cawsey & Lohse contractors and designed by James E. Blackwell.
