English: Seagulls on landfill site near Gloucester. Thousands of seagulls dive around the earth mover as it spreads the latest load of refuse into the landfill at the Hempstead site. The gulls have become a major problem for Gloucester city as the feed inland rather than at sea. The river Severn is less than 100 metres away. |
