The ultimatum has been archived on the special edition of the Eleutherotypia newspaper title=Δεκέμβρης '44 Οι μάχες στις γειτονιές της Αθήνας , author=Ζέτα Τζαβάρα, "Ο Δεκέμβρης του 1944 μέσα από την αρθρογραφία των εφημερίδων της εποχής" , publisher=Ελευθεροτυπία , isbn=9789609487399 , date=12/2010 , at=p. 77 A description of the source is given at: http://xyzcontagion.wordpress.com/2011/08/16/efimerida-ellas/ The photo is a scan from the page of a state-owned newspaper 'ΕΛΛΑΣ' of 1944. The newspaper was a short-lived governmental publication during the Dekemvriana battles. The upper section of the page contains the text of the high-command of Greece at the time, akin to a government, therefore it falls to public-domain, as explained for legislative, administrative, etc texts in wikimedia commons Greece's exemptions. |
