Moonhght is, of course,less powerful than sunlight, and, therefore, very sensitiveplates must be used, and the exposure must be long. Withthese precautions it is, however, possible to obtain excellentresults, and the original of the view taken at Lyons whichwe have endeavoured to reproduce is extremely good, manydetails being very clearly brought out if a glass is used.
