Deutsch: Trasse der Schleppbahn in den Grundstücken zwischen Franz-Parsche-Gasse und Liesing im Grundstückskataster, Stand Jänner/April 2016. Schleppbahntrasse gelb unterlegt. Eigentümer der Grundstücke siehe Notizen, die langgestreckten gelben Grundstücke (654/2, 654/3, 655/3, 655/7, 655/8, 656/2, 656/3, 657/3, Einlagezahl 1272, Katastralgemeinde 01805 Liesing) sind Eigentum der Österreichischen Bundesbahnen (ÖBB-Infrastruktur Aktiengesellschaft, Firmenbuch 71396w Handelsgericht Wien). Deutlich erkennbar ist, dass die Bahngrundstücke sowohl die Querung der Franz-Parsche-Gasse als auch das Mühlbachgrundstück nicht umfassten. Da der Flächenwidmungsplan die Bebauung dieses Bereichs mit Wohnhausanlagen vorsieht und einige Grundstücke bereits im Eigentum von gemeinnützigen Wohnbauvereinigungen stehen, ist ab 2016 mit Veränderungen bei Grundstücksgrenzen und Eigentümern zu rechnen. |
