Summary[edit]

Description
English: The huge stone just in front of the temple (backside of the temple) saved the temple of Mighty Lord Kedarnath during the flood of June, 2013. The stone was not there but just came with the flood and it settled in such a way in the way of the flood that the water got diversified in two direction and flowed from the side of the temple keeping the temple unharmed. All the other buildings of that place was washed away in the flood.
