We've had this knife for 3 or 4 years and it still cuts through tomatoes without any swear words. The little divots on the side of the blade eliminate suction between the sliced food and the blade, so the food stays put as you slice it. If you haven't tried one of these, give it a shot. You can get a pair at Target or Fred Meyer for about $20. |
