| Description |
English: Church of Santa Maria in Foro called "dei Servi" in Vicenza, piazza Biade, Italy. Begun in the early 15th century by the catholic Order of the Servi di Maria (Servite Order). The church main portal (1531) has beeen executed by the workshop where Andrea Palladio worked in at the beginning of his career, and may be one of his very early works.
Italiano: Chiesa di Santa Maria in Foro detta "dei Servi", piazza Biade, Vicenza, iniziata ai primi del Quattrocento dall'ordine dei Servi di Maria. Il portale principale (1531) fu eseguito dalla bottega presso cui lavorava Andrea Palladio all'inizio della carriera e costituirebbe una delle sue primissime opere. |
