Sanger Lumber Company Kings River Flume Bridge

Summary[edit]

Description
English: The flume bridge across the Kings River was completed in June 1890. It measured 451 feet between towers. Originally built without a stiffening truss the bridge was unstable because water would run unevenly, cause waves, and create extensive oscillation.
