Samosas are the triangular folded and sealed dough crepe-like food with stuffing inside. Once stuffed and sealed, they are fried to a golden brown crust. Pakoras are batter mixed with veggie, then fried. The stuffing can be anything - veggie mix, cooked meat, cooked fish, left overs, mash or pastes, sweets, etc. Samosas and pakoras are fair, farmer market, festive occasion, party food in India.
